meet Breeanna

before

Born and raised in central Minnesota, I spent most of my childhood surrounded by my close knit family. Most of my youth I was outgoing; I enjoyed meeting people and having a lot of friends.

My interests were primarily wrapped up in fashion and entertainment, spending hours on end browsing fashion magazines and watching the latest trash tv.

After graduation I decided to pursue a visual communications degree from FIDM/ The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in LA.

I bounced around a bit during my early adulthood and eventually landed in Arizona, with the intentions of continuing my education.

It wasn't long after I moved to Arizona that I met him. Introduced through my college roommate and a mutual friend, we seemed to connect quickly. Things moved quickly and soon we were living together.

Tied up in triangulation right away, I instantly began making excuses for him. My instinct told me to end it, but it felt like I was in too deep. Since we met through mutual friends I thought I could trust him.

Things spiraled pretty quickly. Small disagreements turned into yelling. Snide comments turned to disgust. And my connections to the world slowly started to be cut off.

I left a total of 5 times before it was officially over. 6 years had come and gone in the blink of an eye.

now

I spent a great deal of time after I left living in detachment mode. I did anything that I could to feel something again.

Beginning to feel the aftermath of the relationship quickly, I began to distract myself by throwing myself into work, trying to balance it with my now semi-crazy personal life. The success of this method was short lived. A year and a half after leaving, I moved to Minnesota and began the next chapter of life.

2 years after moving home I was offered a position in Florida. I made an impulse move and left on a whim. It was here that I met my soulmate and everything started to make sense. We live with our 3 fur children, and are happier than ever.
